pedal bar stock!
Was wondering if 2" x 1/8" wall thickness will flex to much! Does anyone
know where to get 2" chanell aluminum with 3/16" wall thickness?
Any help would be great!

Wayne, I have tried 1/8" and found it too flexible. I have looked all over but cannot find 3/16" channel anywhere, One builder told me he gets it from California some place. I can just imagine the shipping cost, duties, brokerage fees etc
Just as far ahead to have it milled out of solid stock.
I would love to find a Canadian supplier as well - but so far no luck.

Storm
I think you are probably right! You might get away with a large radius but
that wouldnt look very good! Probably the best way is to mill one from
solid bar stock. If one could get say 2"x 1" x 3/16" chanel, that would
work good but that size doesnt seem to be out there. Just wanted to
talk this over to see what options there are.

Storm I never thought of the square tube thing - and Martin never told me. Well I guess he can't hold my hand every step of the way but what great idea! I hope is has 3/16 walls . I'll ask my supplier about it.
