special walnut/plain maple and dipped in honey!

Post by louckswayne »

Hi guys
My guitar is near done, just need to make the pup housing! I have been playing
it for about 3 weeks now and so far all is well!

Looking good Wayne!

That is a sweet looking guitar Wayne. I sure hope it is not the last build for you. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Bent and Paul for the nice words! My friend and i have been looking
for a small mill and if that happens then i would build another steel!
I want to change the rains fretboard decal to one of my own design but
i used it because it was all i could find.

Highly figured wood and bright, shiny parts.

Ya can't go wrong.

Good job, Wayne.

Can you please tell me what kinds of wood you used for the aprons and the top?
Hi Bentley
Yes the aprons and neck pc. is curly or quilted maple and the top deck is
plain hard maple! It gives a nice contrast.
