Storm, Dave, Mike thanks a lot my friends for encouraging me along the way. I do need it. After several slow-downs and bad parts to be made over again, things are riding a bit smoother now. This project had enough new (for me) designs that it held me up. Plus, I had to learn the mill along the way. Trying to work on 1/1000" is harder than some might think, when you're used to working on a 1/32" tolerance with a measuring tape.
The end is in sight. The cabinet is almost finish sanded and ready to be stained. All the aluminum is made except for the pedal bar which is just roughed out, and the pedal brackets. Here are 3 pics with different edge bandings taped on. Trying to decide which ones to use.

Pat, Bill, I am glad you said that. I agree, and so does the owner!
Just so we get things in perspective. Those strips are about 3/8" wide.

Nice, sunny day for staining
Dave, here's the colour!
The rest will be natural.
