David,
I modified my Miller 3+1 by addiing three KLs. Using Burt's oft-posted diagrams, I managed to get Es on 4 & 8 to raise and lower to F and D#.
I later added a fourth hole in the changer fingers, but that had nothing to do with the copedent. I raised the deck of the guitar, which caused some interference below. You can find pix of my project elsewhere on this forum.
If you'd like some detailed photos, I can help you out.
