I have machined and cleaned up the tuning head, made the nut bridge but still have the rollers to finish.

Ron, that looks fantastic, what metal have you used there and what tools are you using to produce these parts?

Hello Geoff,

The materials are aluminium and brass, the machining is mainly done on a small milling machine, then polished, I followed 'Bent's' instructions on polishing.

Hi Storm,

my mill is a 'Warco WM14', a cheap little mill who's equivalent stateside would be the 'Grizzly G0704'.
