Here's some photos of my current build. No spit & polish yet but enough parts & pieces together to see if things are going to work. Parts still too long in some cases cause it's too hard to glue.
A couple of things I've noticed 1.) bellcrank tighteners need to be on the bottom side. 2.) changer need to be moved farther to the right.
Lots of work to be done yet.

Sure is taking shape Eldon. I really like what you have done so far. You are giving me ideas and being able to see what you have done so far has helped me understand some of the mechanics of the pedal steel guitar. The channel you are using for the sides were the changer and end plate is attached looks familiar. Were did you get it? I have something similar and I think I may use it on a future project. Here are a few pictures, what do you think. The inside of the channel is 3/4" X 2". I hope to more of what your doing, I am getting inspired.
