Custom Triple Lap - Unknown Builder

Hello all,
I'm hoping someone can help me identify the triple lap steel pictured in this post. I don't know too much about it other than it was build in New Jersey in the 1970's by someone who's first name is George. It was custom build for a Dr. Sandles who played Country Western as well as Hawaiian music. He passed away and his wife does not remember the last name of the builder. It is a six string but I don't know what pickups are in it. Any help would be appreciated.
