Let us know if you come up with something. I'd be interested just out of curiosity.

Re: I need a "catch and release" pedal mechanism idea

The problem you have brings to mind a "push latch" or "push catch" but I'm struggling to think of how to incorporate one. If you look at videos of how they are used, you can see the door or drawer pushes the plunger into the housing when it is closed. The plunger latches in the closed position. When...

Re: What copedent should I go with?

Appreciate the input, Jason. I have been looking on bOb.com at the copedents he has listed. Emmons looks like this on that site: Emmons Copedent.PNG @Jason: Note that he shows the E-changes both on the left knee. Have you just swapped it around so that those changes are split between knees? What copedent should I go with?

Now that I have settled on a changer design I am starting to look at the levers, pedals, rods, bell cranks etc. But before I can do that I obviously must settle on what copedent I will implement. So, given that I am a complete novice with respect to the PSG, what copedent should I go with? I think I...

Re: Two more in the pipeline

Ahhh. Of course. So it is spring loaded so you "feel" when it first contacts the plunger and know you are at the half-stop, then you push a little harder to compress the plunger to go a full stop?

Re: Two more in the pipeline

Ron, I've been studying photos you've posted of your previous builds. They are a great source of information as you've documented so much with them. However, I can't for the life of me figure out what the little device is circled in the following copy of one of your photos.
