Xavier, you are doing some fine work there! As for dye...do you have inkjet refill kits there? Get one of them. It has a black ink in a small bottle. You can dilute it with alcohol and get the shade you want. Great, Bent! I may find some here in NC I found too some info on the stewmac site that alc...

Today I routed the fretboard to thickness: http://img847.imageshack.us/img847/5341/imgp2037d.jpg Then taped tre drawing of the fingerboard (I double checked the printing scale) on it and sawed it withe the Stewmac fret saw... Hard, the saw doesn't cut, 3 hours... and shallow slots... http://img826.i...

Dave, the material is ivoroid plastic and the glue the stewmac black CA for plastic on wood, and for plastic on plastic, i carefully removed the BLACK glue where the 2 white plastic pieces meet, and use Tamya glue(model hobby glue) because... I didn't have any other plastic glue.
