I finished to seal the wood with epoxy (the second coat is setting) and I'm happy with the result

I got today my "bone" corian... Bent, it's hard maple, so... sealer?

Then I think I'll use automotive paints (mostly black, and a little of white-ivoroid) and varnish...?

What would you use to fill the wood before painting? (it's maple)
Epoxy?
Cyano Acrylate?

Yesterday I drilled the peg head holes... Paul, the blank fretboard was 9 mm, and I routed to 6 mm Today I ordered some stuff at Stewmac , and the bone inlay I inlaid my logo on the peg head.
