Hi Russ, thanks! The guitar was finished and playable a week ago. Then I set up and timed pedals and tuned up and played while doing final polishing etc. yesterday I contacted the buyer and asked for an extra week so that I could make sure that there were no bugs. The changer has split tuners as well as max raise tuners on every string

6061-T6 Aluminum is the most commonly used on a steel. Most readily available as well.

Hi guys, Re the binding posts... popularly called chicago screws, are fine to use in my books. I did use them until I ran out of supplier for stainless steel ones. Aluminum ones are plentiful, but I don't dare use them in such an important and inaccessible spot. The way you should consider fastening...
