Thanks Bent. Just exploring what I need and how I want to do it. Depends mainly on funds! I was thinking about fabricating one myself with a block of aluminum and using a drill press, band saw, and of course files or Dremel. Aluminum Keyheads
Two questions re: Aluminum Keyheads... and thinking about the stepped solid keyheads.
1) If fabricating your own, what type of aluminum would be best?
or
2) Are they available as a "parts" item?

New lap steel choice...
I am looking to get started learning lap steel. I am looking a 3 different steels...
1) Rogue Jersey Lightning
2) Rondo SX-1 (single coil pickup)
3) Rondo SX-2 (P90 pickup)
I'm open to your thoughts.
Later, I WILL be building one (hopefully a D8 console).
