It'll be a while Allan, I'm targeting this spring sometime only because I have a bunch of Cinderelli things to do at home too. Besides it was -25 in my shop this morning before I started the stove. Regardles I try to get at least an hours worth of work on it daily.

Eldon, that's some nice to be all hand made! That nut would have been fun to make on the table saw and a dado blade with flat bottom. For all I know, That's exactly what you used. Great work my man!

Re: More Pics
I still have the rollers to make. I mounted my workpiece in a drill press vice and cut the slots with a cutoff saw (it's been a real workhorse for me on this project). It worked real slick. I left it a bit oversize so I can make adjustments to it later when I put it together.
I used a carbide blade and just took my time.

Re: More Pics
I spoke to soon, Have a look at the nut. When I looked at it last night I noticed that assuming string 1 is on the right there is an angle with less space between the shaft and base. This is of no great concern it can be allowed for considering string guages. However what does not show in the photo is that the roller shaft has a bow in it. It was a bit tight to insert, now I know why. I'm thinking of cutting the bridge and making a 2 piece out of it - maybe 3. Otherwise I'm happy with it. Any thoughts??

Re: More Pics
Eldon, why not just make a new roller nut without the angle? I doubt if you'll be happy with that one. Anything that can make the strings run untrue is not good
