Haven't been on here at all for several years! Anyway I was just wondering if anybody
had any ideas on the mechanics of making a double lower on a pull-release changer.

I don't know if this will help in any way but this is on a Fender Pull/Release guitar.

Wow, good question. On my several pull-release guitars I’ve made double raises and one lower (typical E string stuff). It’s tricky. The two raises need to be loosely coupled. It’s so tricky that the guitar I’m building now is going to have scissors fingers on just the Es.
