the only thing I am lacking is the dimensions which I guess I could take off the existing fretboard. The spacing of the "frets" etc. When I get back to work I will see what we have in aluminum laying around. Having a piece that thin that is not warped? I could order a piece of Mic6 jig plate and that would be flat enough. I know they are available in 1/4 thickness, I don't know how thin they make them, will have to take a look. I could probably get away with the 1/4 thickness?

here ya go Jerry: https://www.stewmac.com/FretCalculator

big time save over doing the math for every fret...first time I used it I also did the math for every fret and it was spot on.

I bought a piece of rosewood from David Dyke and put regular guitar frets and pearloid fret markers on.
