Beautiful work indeed Ron!

I found this illustration, which I'm sure y'all are familiar with, that answers my question about the raise:

So by the looks of your changer, Ron, you use what's being called a "wraparound" finger design, correct?
I'm not entirely sure what's meant by return stops in that description, since both raise and lower share the slotted comb thing at the base, correct?

What are the pros and cons of wraparound versus riveted?

AH HA! Thanks Ron, that's perfect.
So in a sense it's "Carter style" (the wraparound) and "Sho-Bud style" (the riveted). I don't get the impression from anything stated in that thread that one method is particularly advantageous over the other in terms of function.
I think I'm going to mock up the components with some 1/8 inch particle board that I have lying around and ponder which style I like better....
