Hi Ron,
Looking very good! Does that palnut hold the bearing on the lower finger work pretty good?

Yes Wil, the bearing shaft is a 3mm dia flat headed rivet pressed through the hole in the finger then silver soldered so it is pretty rigid.

Hi Maxi,

Do you use nylon washers between the raise and lower at the pivot point to compensate for the rivet holding the bearing? Hey your build is looking good. Why don't you show us the final product? I am just now cleaning up all my changer parts with the final grinding and sanding before I polish. I'm doing this between all the orders I have from the wife.

Still doing sanding and polishing Paul, I make 20 thou thick PTFE washers to fit between the raise and lower fingers.

I have done a write up on building an E9th Pedal steel guitar and I believe 'The British Steelies Society' is going to run it as a 'series' in the news letter for its members.
