A question about pedal boards from Steve B

I have a question about the pedal bar, I am wanting to make a tubular pedal bar but don't know what diameter I should use and the type of metal like aluminum or steel, should it be solid or hollow tube, I tried to match up a hollow aluminum tube and it looks good but too light weight but still unsure of diameter, any advise would be great, I think tubular looks different and interesting than C channel.

There are no hard and fast rules, really. You can make your pedal board any size you want. I've seen solid wooden ones, and aluminium channel ones. Tube would be different for sure. Try a one inch diameter. Might look beefy enough, without being overbearing. How are you attaching the pedals?

Hello Jason, I plan to attach it similar to how the Moyo steel guitar attached theirs.

If I go tubular pedal board, what is the strongest tube to use for strength, so there is little flexing?
