I am trying to find a tool for securing brads on changer fingers
Appreciate any help I can get.

What are we talking about here? Are these the pins that hold the string ends?

I'm talking about the brads that hold the changer together for the pivot point

You're talking rivets I believe. Just about any auto parts, hardware store, Harbor Freight, etc. will have some sort of riveting tools for you to check out.
