Good afternoon all,

some more views of the changer fingers assembled, I put a raise spring assist hole at 'Burt's' advice in each finger but everything has had to slow down at the moment as I have a bit of maintenance on the boat.

Very nice and neat What guage is the sheet metal your using? I was looking for a new changer and found yours , may I give it a try ?

I used 16 swg but 1 mm thick would be sufficient

Hi Jason,

if you follow this link http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/350416353188 you will see the type of rivets I use.

I use washers made from thin ptfe sheet between the 'scissor' joints and a steel washer on the riveted end.
