Here is the nut notch done with a dremel:
The nut will be Corian, as the previous one. Still have enough bone color corian for so many guitars, and bone is not so easy to find oversized

Today I sanded the back flat, and the heel::
The joint looks not so bad:
Next steps: rout the top to place THE top
Rout the cavities
Rout the headstock to a 5 degree angle
Tinting, binding inlaying, spraying, sanding , buffinf... Playing

If you ever build one, dont forget to glue some pieces of wood inside, like this:
