Lookin at your site that's praise indeed, man some of your steels look awesome! And you'd workshop is a thing of beauty.....

For a prototype (red devil) it's turned out good in parts and not so good in others, I'm gonna make a few changes before moving onto nos. two.
1). Bone nut
2). Brass and hardwood bridge
3). Got some new pickup designs to try also

BUT the biggest disappointment was the finish, I used hardware store varnish (cheapskate!) which proved to be rubbish! Will not polish out at all. Do you have any recommends? I am gonna try Acrilic laquer soon and possibly some form of oil finish also, but I will be doing many tests before they go anywhere near a guitar....

Cheers for the comment, I have to say the carve is a very labour intensive feature....
