Links open in same window ----

I am notice-ing that links open in the same window.

My Suggestion is to set up the forum to have links open in their own new window, similar to the way the SGForum does.

When links open in their parent window , it takes the viewer away from the forum to the clicked links site. This creates a situation where the viewer might not return to the original forum page they clicked from.

Just a little idea to hopefully make this forum a best experience.

The reason SGF and SGB works differently is that SGB has a newer version of the phpBB. I version 3.x they removed this behavior. Good or Bad?

Yep that is absolutely correct. Thanks for the link Anders. I'll study over the code and look into using that mod.

I prefer 'same window', and can't see any good reason to 'open in new window'. Doesn't matter much what you choose though, as I always enforce 'same window' for all sites in my browsers anyway, and only choose 'open in new tab' when I want to keep several pages/sites open in parallel so I can go back and forth.
