PDF's...

Post by Allan »

Larry, I have a design for the jig that I use for making fret boards that I have drawn up and made into a PDF. Is there any way that I could make it downloadable from the forum? I mean does the 'attach' feature extend to such things? It consists of a drawing and a text file with the instructions on using the jig.

Thanks, Allan.....

Keep yer tools sharp! That way you can use more of your strength guiding them AWAY from your body rather than forcing the cut!!!

Allan, it's now set up so pdf files can be attached and the attachment will be down-loadable for registered members. The phpbb system defaults to not allowing most file extensions, but I'll be happy to add any in file types that will be of use.

Thanks for sharing your jig design!

best,
Larry

Larry, in the same vein would it be ok to allow .doc files as well? The how-to-do bellcranks files I am about to post are all written out in Word, with jpegs embedded in the document
