Using E9 10 string tuning and standard pedal and knee lever placement what 2 strings would you leave out? First and tenth, first and second, Show me what your copadent would be. Someone ask me this yesterday and I've been thinking about it. I'm guessing top and bottom, but thought I would put it out there for the experts.

I would be inclined to sell the 8 string and acquire a 10 string. However here are some possibilities. Eliminate the 1st string and the 7th. Also I have run across a fellow who was playing a Fender 1000 and he had the two bottom strings removed (9 & 10). I also knew another who played without the 1st and 2nd . So, there's three suggestions (actually four).
