source for 14 hole bell cranks?

Does anyone on the forum make or have a source for 14 hole Emmons Lagrande type bell cranks? I think it would be okay if it had fewer holes, maybe 2 sets of 4 staggered per side. The biggest requirements are that they fit a 5/16" square shaft and are only .062" thick where the pull rod passes through.
