this is my little shop, some of the tools i made, router table,spindle sander, i have an old table saw, new bearings,motor,steel pulleys, a lot of hand tools, every thing i need. I also have a friend who has a commerical wood shop and i have use of his tools, i use his sander most of the time, i plane to within a 1/4 inch and then sand to finish size, he has a 36 inch sanding master, boy what a tool, 25 hp you can take 1/8 inch per pass. But you don't need all of this to make your self a good steel, basic hand tools, it just takes a little longer.
