Anything in Courier font placed between [c,ode] and [/c,ode] will maintain its original spacing. Omit the commas, but include the [ ]. I put commas in to spell the words without invoking them.
Code: Select all
This is a sample! Six spaces between words.

Actually, any font will be changed to Courier, or whatever that green stuff is, but only original monotext font (Courier or whatever) will line up as you think it should.
Hint: Do your original layout in Notepad beforehand, without the "code" "/code" sandwich, and paste it here between those two directives. It's tough to line it up correctly in the post otherwise.

Another way to save images of copedants or whatever from your computer screen is to press ALT-PRINTSCREEN keys. This puts the screen image in the clipboard. You can copy this image to a graphics viewer such as the free Irfanview from Tucows. Trim ** off the unwanted outer edges and SAVE AS xxx.jpg. Then attach it to your post as a graphic.
This is one good way to turn Excel charts into images.
** In Irfanview, draw a box around the part you want to keep with left mouse button, click EDIT>CROP, and then FILE>SAVE AS.
