CNC machined out of a solid block of aluminum. You could have a post at either end like an Emmons style with a 13-14mm cross shaft/axle shaft but to get it all to very close tolerances by hand you will have to have a lot of patience. Dave

Hi Steve, depending on the type of glue that you use is where you will apply it. I use super glue and Just run some in the routed groove, approximately 4" or so at a time because it dries very fast, then quickly insert your inlays into the groove making sure that the inlays are sitting correctly, th...

Just another photo for all you techies out there. She has 18 pulls on E9th with 3 pedals & 5 knee levers & 23 pulls on C6th with 6 pedals & 5 knee levers, 2 knee levers work on both E9th & C6th.

I'm slowly getting there, just waiting for the neck, peg head & 3 more Knee levers to be machined for my new Sheffield D10 9+8. I hope that Santa will call this Christmas, I will post some better photos of her when she is completed.

Hi Steve, As you know the dremel bits are very small, so care is needed here, you need the touch of an angel, very softly and gently, you need the patience of a Saint!!!! believe me!!!!
