Bent, the cut was 1/8" deep by 1/4" wide with a standard router bit and no lubrication and there was hardly any heat :) Bent said= Please be careful. I've got a bunch about 50 pieces of 3 footers of SS welding rod for 20$ and they are alittle smaller than 1/8" so i think they are 7/64" and they work great and save alot of redrilling a 1/8" hole

Storm...i was gonna reply on your first changer pics dimensions but i noticed it after looking at it real good that you've made a mistake on the measurements , the second pics and dimensions are more standard .
i use 5/16 " for the pull rod holes instead of 1/4"

Hi Fred, i've build my first PSG 1/2" birds eyed maple single neck and it does have a little more cabinet drop than my other ones using 3/4" maple but not that much of differences, after building a few PSG's i've came to the conclusion that it is not only the cabinet that is due to the drop...cause ...

Pat....sounds like you've got the easiest method on the muscles! Where did you get the treated buffing wheel and the compound? Autosol, I seem to remember seeing that stuff at Canadian Tire, it's an old brand of cleaner I think. Mac Mac, i buy those buffing wheels from Caswell Canada http://www.cas...
