Re: Pull Release Fingers Binding
Burt, I should have taken a closer look at your earlier photos I didn't notice the relief holes until this post. I left the "legs" the same thickness and they seem to work well now.
Bent, appologies, I've probably read too many posts. I was sure you made a pull-release.

Pull Release Fingers Binding
I may have made my fingers too thick. I just started installing the pullrods and they seem to be binding a bit too quick. Burt, you've posted images of your Marlen finger how "thick are the legs". Also Bent I believe your first build was a pull release what did you come up with. Mac or anyone else. ...

Amp Problem ???
We played a short set at a Gospel festival yesterday. Ist song went well. Next 3 songs were almost a trainwreck. Our drum machine and bass are plugged into the same amp. A second amp was plugged into the same outlet. We got into the second song and both drums and bass faded out - no power with a rea...

Flute Taps
I bought a 2 flute 6-32 tap today and not with standing the fact it is new seems to cut cleaner and easier that the 3 flute variety. It doesn't tighten up as quick so that one has to back it off and clean it before finishing the threads. Just a thought.............

Re: Pedal Stops
Thanks Georg! I'll go with the standard front apron arrangement. I respect your experience and opinion.
I'm also adding a pair of truss rods underneith. Will post pics later but I'm not there yet.

Pedal Stops
Feel like it's going to freeze again here tonight - good stuff means I can go in my shop and build instead of doing yardwork. Anyway to the point. Any pedal steel that I've seen has had the pedal stops up undernieth the guitar. When Your mashing pedals this is bound to add some cab drop. What would ...
