:) Wayne the link I posted is for 3/16" square tube ;) My old BMI has 1/4" for the pedal rail and it is a rock, man u dance on that sucker !! :lol: Storm It looks like 3/16" and 1/4" is good but stay away from 1/8" (too much flex!) Storm I think you are probably right! You might get away with a large radius but that wouldnt look very good! Probably the best way is to mill one from solid bar stock. If one could get say 2"x 1" x 3/16" chanel, that would work good but that size doesnt seem to be out there. Just wanted to talk thi...

Was wondering if 2" x 1/8" wall thickness will flex to much! Does anyone
know where to get 2" chanell aluminum with 3/16" wall thickness?

I see it much clearer now! I was a little confused about the split tuner block.
Bent, yes i will have lots of room above the top raise finger hole to install
a 1/8" stop plate. Thanks guys for the help!

I will rephrase to try and make myself clearer! The lower fingers are pulled
to the stop plate via the return springs. Where is the best place to put
the stop plate for the steel raise fingers?
