question about nylon tunning nuts
What is the size of the nylon tunning nuts like length and across? I found some online in 8' lengths will need cut down, no problem there, or where do you order your tunning nuts.

Hello George, no I am refering to the bell cranks that slide onto the cross rods, that I want to make them out of aluminum, the cross rods will be steel.

Rods that pull fingers in the changer system question
I do not know if you builders can answer my question or not, but what is the diameter of the rods that pull the fingers in the changer system?, I am getting ready to make the pull rods and just wanted to know what size they are, I am using a three raise two lower all pull changer.

Cross rails position question
I am installing my cross rails into my pedal steel, my question is from the pedal changer hole how far in of the guitar to the first pedal rod what is the measurement, is this 2" inches or is it more? this is a single 10. thanks Steve B.

Hello Bent thanks for the reply, I was trying to copy the original bearing plate because I did not have enough to do another guitar for myself, I did clamp them together, just glad I can do them on the drill press, again thanks Bent.
