If I go tubular pedal board, what is the strongest tube to use for strength, so there is little flexing?

I have a question about the pedal bar, I am wanting to make a tubular pedal bar but don't know what diameter I should use and the type of metal like aluminum or steel, should it be solid or hollow tube, I tried to match up a hollow aluminum tube and it looks good but too light weight but still unsur...

I am having issues with my bell cranks not having enough threads to attach them to the cross shafts, if I tightened them down too much they strip out, and they need to be tight, I got my rod connector bushings to work quite well, but the bell crank just won'the tightened down, I have another idea I ...

A question about changer rods to bell crank bushings.
Hello can anyone give me a resource to 6mm bronze rod connector bushings with center black set screws that fit in the bell crank holes? would love to order them, I think they are 6mm or 15/64" Steve Black.

Question about rails and cross shafts from Steven Black
I have my rails drilled out for the cross shafts, I am installing 4 cross shafts for 4 pedals, each cross shaft fits nicely and rotate very easily, but my question is when I put the rails and the cross shafts into the guitar do I need to put a pin cap on the ends of the shafts opposite side of rails...

Hello George, what are the width, length, and thickness of the bell cranks, I am trying to make them according to drawing of 3/4" wide their height is not much and thickness is 1/8" at the top of bell crank to 1/4" at bottom, can I make them a little bigger?
