I have an issue with my pedal changer the 9th string finger changer keeps getting pulled up underneath the stop plate and my 10th string finger sometimes does it too all other fingers are working great, this is an all pull system, how can I fix this issue?

I have a question about changer stop plate how do you guys make yours and what are the lengths and widths? I could use ideas or pictures.

How many bell cranks per cross shaft if doing a single 10 with 4 pedals and 5 knees? My bell cranks are 7 hole positions.

Well after trial and error and a simple tools like a pair of pliers a hand drill I put the cross shaft into the hand drill and gripped the pliers onto the other end while the drill was turning and grinder down the rods to desire size, worked quite well, bushing fits and cross shaft spins nicely.

Is it better to sand cast aluminum necks or use plaster of Paris molds to cast necks? Steve B.
