finishing cross shaft ends
What type of bit (or tool) do you use to round the ends of the square cross shafts? What do I ask for and where do I shop for it?

Re: Seasons Greetings and New Project
All of the resonator parts were purchased from Stewart-McDonald. Sound well, resonator, spider bridge, and cover plate. I used an EMCI changer. About half of the under-carriage came from Fessenden Guitar Co., the rest I made, including the gearless tuners.

Re: Seasons Greetings and New Project
I have been saving the ball ends of the strings with the same thing in mind. I also thought it would work and you have prove it. I had made some rollers from aluminum rod for use on my Pedal dobro, but this concept would have worked just as well.
