Re: Will a thicker pedal bar cure "walking"?

Thanks for all the help guys. I guess I never got the original question answered (will there be more cab drop if the pedal bar no longer flexes) but I was able to elimiante the walking. I needed to lower the guitar for player comfort. I lowered it 1/4 inch or there abouts and now the left front leg ...

Re: Will a thicker pedal bar cure "walking"?

The guitar is a "one off" all pull guitar so the brand is not relevant. I have adjusted everything to the lightest force I can get away with and still have the pulls balanced. The pulls are all about the same as with any other all pull guitar I have. The force required can only really be changed by ...

Re: Will a thicker pedal bar cure "walking"?

They are on the hard side to operate and that is why the flex is happening. It takes so much effort to engage the pulls that the pedal bar flexes thus causing the legs to flex in and out with it. Will a thicker pedal bar cure "walking"?

My guitar wobbles and walks around the stage due to the pedal bar flexing as the pedals are pressed. Will a thicker, stonger, less flexible pedar bar cure this and if so, will it then create other problems ie the guitar flexing somewhere else? My fear is that I will then have more cabinet drop. SLIM

Re: Changer finger adjustment advise please

That was my initial thought too but as you can see, I don't really have the room to move without remanufacturing more lower fingers. Would reshaping the cam on the raise finger work? If so any suggestions for the shape?

Changer finger adjustment advise please

I'd like to know your guys opinion on the easiest way to adjust these fingers so that the travel is longer and easier.
Right now it take too much effort and the raise happens too quick. Short of remaking the parts, what could I do to accomplish this?

Thanks for your help guys.
