Dave, I would switch LKL and RKR. You're missing a lot of good stuff that can be done by lowering your Es and B together while pushing your A & B pedals. (If you have a way to tune your split on string 5 you will have your C note). You can't do that if they're both on the same knee.

I have an early model, round-front Pro 1.The neck is 20 inches, the changer is 4-7/8 inches and the length from center of the roller nut to center of changer axle is 24 inches.

David, Those are the raise helper springs. They're probably only on the strings that are raised. Some people say they're really not needed. Their purpose is to make the pedals easier when raising strings.

Only the keyless GFI has no roller nut. The ones with the regular keyhead all have roller nuts.
