Knee Levers
I want to add 2 knee levers to an Emmons GS10 student model. Questions: 1. Do I need special knee levers, or will any kind be OK? 2. What parts do I need to do the job? I have nothing yet. 3. Where do I properly place the levers? (diagram needed) 4. Any Suggestions and offers appreciated. 5. Have I ...

Help - 10 String Lap Steel
I want to build a ten (10) string Lap Steel to practice on while my wife is shopping. I hate shopping, so I wait in the car. Any suggestions, plans, or parts for the project would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Fred (My Emmons PP project is temporarily suspended.)

Re: Emmons P/P
Bent, Very interesting. However, I'm surprised that no one in the US has tried to do the same except for patent infringement. Also, I guess builders like to be creative, rather than copy, which is understandable. But as you know, I've already gone that route and now I would like to try and "copy" fo...

Emmons P/P
A very naive question, but has anyone investigated the possibility of building a 70's Emmons P/P and duplicating the guitar with its awesome sound? I'm sure this would be very complicated considering the plans, diagrams, etc., are not readily available. However, the challenge is exactly what I'm loo...
