Hi,
I might be able to help.... A few more details would be needed first.
Thanks,
Robert

Re: LF thoughts on this finger design please
Looks good thus far..... Nothing better than learning machining skills while building something useful.
Can you grind the head of the rivet just enough to give clearance? Somewhere I remember seeing low profile head rivets, just don't ask me where that was....

Re: Keyless tuning module
Would anyone still have the drawing for this available? I am just starting to dabble around and this looks like an interesting place to start.

Re: Cast bellcranks
Here is an idea that may work for you..... Get some aluminum bar stock, cut rectangle blocks the size needed, drill one larger hole for the crossrod, drill smaller holes for the pull rods. You will also have to drill and tap a hole to secure the bellcrank to the cross shaft. No milling machine requi...

Resophonic Sound Chamber
Would anyone have a drawing of a resophonic chamber which holds the spun metal cone? Is there any magic about this or is it just a well supported wooden circle with some vents? I guess I could tear apart my dobro but really would prefer not to do so at this time. I have the patent for the Franklin P...

Re: A question from Steve Black about knee levers
You will need at least 5 cross-shafts, one for each knee lever. You may need an additional shaft for the both the right and left knees working right depending on your design. The reason is to reverse the direction of pull for those levers and one simple way is to use an additional shaft.
