Hey Russ,,,thanks for the encouragement! While I'm certainly not in the class of Ross, Bent and some others,,,I'm certainly no stranger to "building" things,,,everything from houses to cars to jewelry and everything in between,,, (even did "general restoration",,,whatever came through the door,,,LOL...

I bought a 9" Ryobi from a pawn shop for 30 bucks,,,didn't have the switch key, so I couldn't hear/see it run. Bought a switch key for $2.99,,,,runs like a top. Took some time and online directions from Ryobi manuals,,,,cuts aluminum like butter,,,,cuts a fine line,,(I'm thinking of trimming my fing...

Kline turned his cross shafts down to 1/8",,,smaller diameter = less friction. Being that short, into a bushing = plenty strong enough. JMO
